You would have received an activation code in your Welcome Letter, at the start of your agreement. Misplaced it? No problem.
Visit the Customer Portal and click on the registration link. Receive your activation code in the post. Please note letter will be sent to the person designated 'Hirer' and the address registered on the Hire Agreement. This may be different from the Delivery Address.
Activitation codes can be sent via email, but a identity check will need to be completed by your Local Branch.
For security purposes, we send activation links through the post. The letters are mailed to the Hirer on your Hire Agreeement. If it's gone missing, you can request a new one from our team.
