The start of your journey

Once your lease agreement is active, you’ll receive a Welcome Pack with all the details you need to start using your equipment confidently. You will have chosen to receive your Pack via email or post. It includes a copy of your countersigned Hire Agreement, your invoices for payment and our General Terms and Conditions. The Welcome Letter outlines some key actions for your to complete including the activation of your Customer Portal and the organisation of Equipment Protection

Hire Agreement

Your Hire Agreement (Lease Contract) contains all the details of your lease and the Terms and Conditions you’ve agreed to. Keep it handy for easy reference.

Your Customer Portal gives you 24/7 access to everything you need – your agreement details, payment history, invoices, and more – all in one place.Need to update your bank details, report an issue, or access your agreement? Visit the Customer Portal to manage your lease anytime. All you need to do is 'Activate your Account'.
