Following the activation of your Lease with grenke, you will be issued a Welcome Pack. You will have chosen to receive your Pack via email or post. It includes a copy of your countersigned Hire Agreement, your invoices for payment and our General Terms and Conditions. The Welcome Letter outlines some key actions for your to complete including the activation of your Customer Portal and the organisation of Equipment Protection.
It's time to gather all the documents for your accounts. What do you need?
Your Hire Agreement (Lease contract) has every detail to do with your lease and the full Terms & Coonditions. Make sure you have a copy on file.
Keep track of your lease payments, including their frequency and method of delivery. We wouldn't want you to incur any additional charges.
Your equipment must be insured - protecting your new investment can be arranged by us or you.
Every piece of information relevant to your contract, accessible from anywhere. Find your agreement details, payment information and invoices. Need to make a change to your Bank Account? Perhaps you need to report a problem - all this can be done via the Customer Portal. All you need to do is 'Activate your Account'.
