Once your lease agreement is active, you’ll receive a Welcome Pack with all the details you need to start using your equipment confidently. You will have chosen to receive your Pack via email or post. It includes a copy of your countersigned Hire Agreement, your invoices for payment and our General Terms and Conditions. The Welcome Letter outlines some key actions for your to complete including the activation of your Customer Portal and the organisation of Equipment Protection.
