Your VAT schedule and equipment protection invoice: What you need to know

Your VAT Schedule and Equipment Protection Invoice are now live on your Customer Portal. Here’s everything you need to know about these documents.

Annual Equipment Protection Invoice

This invoice is payment for the equipment protection [to cover damage and loss] which is necessary and part of your Agreement for your leased equipment. grenke do not provide this, but arrange for the equipment to be covered with a reputable company. It’s invoiced once per year and will be collected alongside your rental payment in January. 

 

Your Annual VAT Schedule for 2026

The VAT Schedule outlines your rental payments for 2026. There are no changes to your payment dates, and your payments will be collected automatically.

There is no action needed, whether your payments are taken by Direct Debit or we issue an invoice - this will occur according to this schedule.

Your welcome pack arrival

The start of your journey

Once your lease agreement is active, you’ll receive a Welcome Pack with all the details you need to start using your equipment confidently. You will have chosen to receive your Pack via email or post. It includes a copy of your countersigned Hire Agreement, your invoices for payment and our General Terms and Conditions. The Welcome Letter outlines some key actions for your to complete including the activation of your Customer Portal and the organisation of Equipment Protection
