When selecting your Equipment, it may have consisted of software; licensing; or a service provision in order to make the Equipment operational. It is important when confirming the software or services included, that you confirm with the software supplier or license provider its use and obtain any warranties you require from the Supplier. You must ensure the software / service is suitable for your use.
The Supplier should support you entirely in the provision and maintenance of software/service. This must however be agreed directly as part of your arrangement with the Supplier. If there is delay in, or failure of service, you must engage promptly with your Supplier.
Customers can make grenke aware of any issues with your Supplier or Equipment, but grenke cannot assist in reinstating the functional capabilities of the Equipment. Unfortunately, we are unable to enforce any service provisions that may have been agreed.
