As a business owner, you are best placed to make the right choice of Equipment and Equipment Supplier. The relationship with your supplier is a direct one.
During the process of selecting your equipment, your supplier may have recommended the opportunity to lease your new equipment or product with grenke. If you agreed that leasing would be the best way forward for your business, your supplier would submit a Credit Proposal to us. Once we have completed our Credit Checks and internal approvals, we would confirm to the supplier that we would be happy to offer you a lease (Hire Agreement). Once you have signed the Hire Agreement and the Confirmation of Delivery certificate, and grenke have countersigned the Hire Agreement, you become a grenke Lessee and begin hiring your Equipment from grenke.
You now have two points of contact for your Equipment.
The Equipment Supplier is there to ensure the Equipment remains in good working order. Should there be any fault with the equipment you must get in touch with your Equipment Supplier as soon as possible. Any claims that are in connection with the Equipment must be made towards the Supplier of the Equipment.
grenke is here should you have any issues with your Hire Agreement. This specifically relates to issues with quarterly / monthly invoices; managing your direct debits; or receiving VAT Schedules for your business accounts. grenke, as the Owner of the Equipment, must ensure that our Equipment is protected throughout the term of the Lease. Our Equipment Protection team is on hand, should you have any issues. We also manage any settlements, should you wish to terminate your Hire Agreement early. Our team are here when you wish to end your Lease.
Any supplier who uses grenke financial solutions must uphold our shared values. We will give all reasonable assistance to support those who are experiencing issues with their chosen Supplier. Visit our Customer Care section for more information on supplier relationships.
