Activation
You would have received an activation code in your Welcome Pack, at the start of your agreement. Misplaced it? No problem.
Visit the Customer Portal and click on the registration link. Receive your activation code in the post. Please note the letter will be sent to the person designated 'Hirer' and the address registered on the Hire Agreement. This may be different from the Delivery Address.
Activation codes can be sent via email, but a identity check will need to be completed by a member of our team.
Check your post
For security purposes, we send activation links through the post. The letters are mailed to the Hirer on your Hire Agreement. If it's gone missing, you can request a new one from our team.
